Saddle Head am, Tenby pm

This morning I met up with Asa and Phil for the third time, at 8am at the St. Gov's car park.Saddle Head was our crag for the morning. After we built a over the top abseil anchor, they abseiled using their own prussic loops as back up, to the bottom of the routes and a spacious ledge. After romping up Fel Gwyr, another abseil, Small Beginnings, a roped scramble down "the saddle" and back to the base of the routes, finally finishing by climbing the might Flake Quake, we were back at our vans at 12:30.

This afternoon I was on St. Catherine's Island and running climbing and abseiling session with Phil and Corinne. The early afternoon was pretty dead and it was great to see Stefan rolling along the beach and  up to the crag with eyes on sending his "proj'". After a quick top rope and pre-placing the very necessary few bits of protection, he sent his "proj'".  After I had the pleasure of seconding it, we sat at the top in the golden sun light ,muttering about a potential grade and name. Stefan said he thought about hard E3 5c, and Napoleon Blown Apart. He seemed unsure of the name but I think it's a cool one! Video of the "proj"' being sent by Stefan to come...
