Back in the spring of 2009 Steve, Mike, Dean and myself headed up to the Island of Hoy in the Orkney Isles to climb the most iconic sea stack in Britain. With a super fast and brand new hire car, all we had to do was drive through the night, skip a night's sleep, catch two ferries, a taxi and walk two miles over a hill to get there. The weather was fine and we had the route to our selves. Quite possibly one of the most fun adventures I've ever been on.
